The summary of the three levels of the practicing and Fa Jin in the Yang family Taijiquan.

The first level (earth level).
In the first level, Fa Jin uses Zhang-Chi (stretching and releasing the bow) by applying all five bows together. When practicing the form, one must train to sink with the low movement; Jin yuan (Jin's origin point) is at the Yong Quan point. The Jin's quality is Song Chen (Song and sunk), and it is released by Long Jin. One must practice to coordinating the lower and upper body to let the five bows work together. To do so, one must open the goin, sink the Kua, relax the waist, and the posture must be big and wide open. Qi training is Xia Pan Tu Na.
