The Taiji training method has three levels: heaven level (Tian Pan), man level (Ren Pan), earth level (Di Pan). The first step is to practice to be smooth, the next step is to practice power or Jin, the final step is to practice to be skilful. Begin with the wide movement, then later, to be compact. Training in this way, you will then be able to apply it.
