006: The three levels of Taiji Quan Training by Yang Chengfu

太極用功法有三,分天盤,人盤,地盤,先練順,次練勁,後練巧,先開展,後緊凑,如此練法然後可用矣。

The Taiji training method has three levels: heaven level (Tian Pan), man level (Ren Pan), earth level (Di Pan). The first step is to practice to be smooth, the next step is to practice power or Jin, the final step is to practice to be skilful. Begin with the wide movement, then later, to be compact.
